Prajitura Kinder

In tava unsa si tapetata cu faina se pune 300 gr. nuca taiata si prajita.

Blatul:
6 albusuri, 6 linguri de zahar, 4 linguri pesmet, 4 linguri nuca macinata, 1 lingura faina si un praf de copt. Se pun in tava peste nuca prajita. Dupa coacere se intoarce invers si se unge cu 400 gr Finetti.

Crema:
750 ml lapte, 6 galbenusuri, 3 budinci vanilie, 2 linguri faina, 350 gr. zahar se fierb pe foc pana se ingroase. Cand este rece se amesteca cu 400 gr. unt, crema rezultata se imparte in doua, una ramane galbena iar in cealalta se pune o lingura Finetti si 100 gr. nuca macinata.

Aranjare:
Blat, crema galbena, crema maro, ciocolata rasa.
